  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add marinara sauce and heavy cream, stirring until well combined; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the tortellini and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
