Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta

A creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta that warms you from the inside out, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Fettuccine or Penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, stirring until heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth, adding reserved pasta water if too thick.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, gently coating it with the Alfredo sauce. Mix in the buffalo chicken and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate and garnish with extra Parmesan and buffalo sauce if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. You can also adjust the spiciness of the buffalo sauce according to your preference.
