  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Melt the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken, cover, and let sit until melted.
  5. Assemble the Wraps: Place the chicken mixture in each tortilla, sprinkle with herbs, and roll tightly.
  6. Toast the Wraps: Return to skillet or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes until golden.
