Chocolate Caramel Dump Cake

A simple yet indulgent dessert featuring layers of chocolate and caramel, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Dump the dry cake mix into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cake mix, then pour the water and melted butter on top.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top, and add nuts if using.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  7. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra touch.
