Crack Chicken Pinwheels

Delicious and easy-to-make pinwheels filled with shredded chicken, creamy ranch, and cheese, perfect for family gatherings or as a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take one tortilla and place it on a clean surface, then scoop a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Spread the filling evenly, leaving about half an inch along the edges.
  3. Starting from one side, roll the tortilla tightly away from you, tucking in the filling as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick slices.
  5. If time allows, cover the sliced pinwheels with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, arrange your pinwheels on a platter and serve as a delightful finger food.

Notes
