Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil, then add pasta shells. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  4. Lower the heat and whisk in heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually stir in shredded cheese until melted, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
