Creamy Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Pasta

A comforting pasta dish featuring rotisserie chicken, creamy sauce, and vibrant broccoli.

  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz Pasta (Fusilli or Penne)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
  2. Sauté broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and cook minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, stirring and bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Combine the drained pasta and shredded chicken with the creamy sauce, stirring until coated.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, adjusting the sauce’s consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  7. Add sautéed broccoli and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk. Experiment with seasonal vegetables for variation.
