Decadent White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

A quick and irresistible treat that combines creamy white chocolate with tart raspberries for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
