Deliciously Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps are warm tortillas filled with juicy chicken, gooey melted cheese, and fragrant garlic, making for a simple and satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and once hot, add the chicken thighs and minced garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then shred the chicken using two forks.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a portion of shredded chicken, sautéed bell peppers, and a sprinkle of cheese in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  6. In a clean skillet, place each wrap seam-side down and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the wraps are crispy.
  7. Slice the wraps on the bias and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Customize with your choice of veggies and dips. Great for meal prep and can be frozen for up to three months.
