Easy Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna

  • 3.4 oz White Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Crushed Candy Canes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Crust: Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the baking dish.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix in whipped topping and peppermint extract.
  3. Prepare the White Chocolate Pudding: Whisk together pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  4. Layer the Ingredients: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then add the pudding layer.
  5. Top with Whipped Topping: Fold in remaining whipped topping into pudding and layer on top.
  6. Chill the Lasagna: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve: Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before serving.
