A luxurious dessert combining rich coffee flavors with creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup espresso, cooled
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Incorporate sour cream, cooled espresso, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Wrap the springform pan in foil and place it in a larger roasting pan. Fill with hot water until halfway up the sides of the springform pan. Bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Once baked, turn off the oven and crack the door, letting it cool for about an hour. Remove from water bath and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
