Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Tacos

A whimsical dessert merging creamy cheesecake with crunchy taco shells and Fruity Pebbles for a delightful treat.

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • Whipped cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles damp sand.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and press the mixture into a muffin tin to form taco shells. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Allow taco shells to cool completely in the pan.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Fold in 1 ½ cups of Fruity Pebbles into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  7. Refrigerate the tacos for at least 1 hour before serving chilled with whipped cream and remaining Fruity Pebbles on top.

Notes

These tacos are best served chilled and can be personalized with different flavors of cream cheese or additional toppings.
