Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls

A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese, made with soft Hawaiian rolls and gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, gouda)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Optional Add-Ins: ham, turkey, sautéed veggies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, cut-side up on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  3. Add cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Top with the other half of the roll and gently press down.
  5. Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove and serve warm.
