Ultimate 4-Ingredient Caramel Apple Dump Cake

A simple yet delicious dessert featuring spiced apples, rich caramel, and a buttery cake topping.

  • 1 can apple pie filling (21 ounces)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Evenly distribute the apple pie filling across the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple filling.
  5. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the top of the apples and caramel.
  6. Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle it generously over the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and filling bubbles.
