The Ultimate Cheesy Ground Beef Melt

A comforting blend of ground beef, melted cheese, and aromatic spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded Cheese (mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 46 Buns (crusty bread or hamburger buns)
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until it’s no longer pink.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  3. Sprinkle paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper over the mixture, stirring well.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
  7. Serve warm on buns with toppings.
