3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Quick and easy peanut butter cookies made with just three ingredients. Soft and slightly chewy with crisp edges, these cookies are perfect for any time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a medium mixing bowl; stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball, placing them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Use a fork to press down each ball, creating a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops look slightly cracked.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For variations, adjust the size of the dough balls for smaller or larger treats.
