Chocolate Cherry Pie (No Bake)

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by combining chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a pie dish.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then mixing in powdered sugar.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until smooth, then spread over the crust.
  4. Add the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cherries. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a firmer crust, chill the pie dish before pressing crumbs. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
