Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats

Delightful treats combining chocolate and peanut butter with a satisfying crunch and a hint of sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2½ cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips for topping
  • Maldon salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Combine the melted almond bark with the creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the crispy rice cereal and miniature marshmallows, folding gently until coated.
  4. Scoop the mixture into mounds on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Top with miniature chocolate chips and a sprinkle of Maldon salt, if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For easier cleanup, line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
