  • 1 tube of crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Optional toppings (fruit, chocolate, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  6. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and add desired toppings before serving.
