  • 34 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to ensure all sides are coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  7. For an extra crunch, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
