Garlic Butter Baked Chicken

An easy, comforting weeknight meal with a golden, buttery glaze and rich garlic aroma.

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter over it.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pound thicker ends of chicken breasts to ensure uniform cooking.
