  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it foams slightly.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet in a single layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken frequently while cooking.
