Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Warm, garlicky, and irresistibly simple, these Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are a weeknight favorite, featuring tender chicken seared in rich butter and infused with garlic.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the unsalted butter. Allow the butter to melt and foam, watching so it does not burn.
  2. Sauté the garlic. Once the butter is fully melted, add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the chicken. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the chicken, stirring frequently, until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Finish and serve. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Pat the chicken pieces dry before cooking to promote browning. Cool leftovers to room temperature before storage.
