A delightful twist on classic cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flavorful pastries filled with beef, cheese, and garlic, perfect for family fun.

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat, then stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined.
  4. Open crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Fold the pointed end over the filling and roll it up, tucking in corners to seal.
  6. Place bombs on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Enjoy!
