Lemon Cake to Die For

A fluffy, golden lemon cake bursting with citrus flavor, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest
  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Cream the softened butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon juice and zest.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
