Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

A comforting one-dish meal featuring tender chicken, creamy textures, and robust flavors, perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed vegetables, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well-coated.
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, then add the crushed crackers or breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be customized with different vegetables or proteins. Great for leftovers and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
