Peanut Butter Balls

Easy, delicious, and nutritious no-bake peanut butter treats, perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until smooth.
  2. Next, add the old-fashioned oats to the mixture. Mix thoroughly until the oats are well incorporated.
  3. If using mini chocolate chips or M&Ms, fold them into the mixture after combining the oats.
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop, portion out the mixture and roll each scoop into smooth balls.
  5. Arrange the formed balls on a plate or baking sheet, then refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Keep these Peanut Butter Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They freeze well for up to three months.
