  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 4 milk chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter, eggs, and granulated sugar until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan evenly.
  4. Layer the marshmallow creme over the first layer, ensuring it covers the peanut butter evenly.
  5. Place the milk chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow layer.
  6. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture, spreading it gently to cover the chocolate.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-24 minutes, or until the bars are set in the middle.
  8. Allow the bars to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled. Finally, cut into squares to serve.

Notes

For easier spreading, slightly warm the marshmallow creme in the microwave. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer freshness.
