Delicious Taco Ranch Bites, a perfect blend of seasoned meat, cheese, and ranch dressing in a crunchy tortilla chip base, ideal for gatherings or weeknight snacks.

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, chicken, or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or taco blend)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and taco seasoning until well mixed.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the seasoned ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Once the meat is cooked through, stir in the shredded cheese and ranch dressing.
  5. Crush the tortilla chips and layer them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spoon portions of the meat mixture onto the prepared tortilla chips.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until chips are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Variations include adding jalapeños for spice or using black beans for a vegetarian option.
