Ingredients

Scale
  • 455 grams cream cheese
  • 28 grams ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 45 grams red bell pepper, diced
  • 75 grams broccoli, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed for 3 minutes, until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the ranch seasoning mix to the whipped cream cheese and beat for an additional minute until the mixture is evenly blended.
  3. With a rubber spatula, gently fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

For optimal flavor, allow the spread to chill for a longer period, ideally overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
